Our products are handcrafted and require accurate production times. Shipping will take place within 6 weeks of ordering. Lou ArteCeramica reserves the right to inform the customer in case of delays.
Costs will be calculated in the cart before payment.
Small differences from online images are a unique feature of handcrafting. Shipping times and costs for specific requests and customizations that require non-standard workmanship will be communicated to the customer from time to time.
RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery by sending written communication. The products must be returned intact and in the original packaging. Any imperfections related to craftsmanship are not to be considered defects. The guarantee covers any lack of conformity for 6 months from purchase.
